Performance Air took us on as new customers and sent a technician to our home just two days later. We were told in advance at what time he would arrive, and received a text and notifications allowing us to track him until he got here. That made it possible for us to plan our own time and get other things done while we waited. He was exactly on time. Once here, he changed our indoor filter first, then did all the cleaning and maintenance on our rooftop unit. He was very thorough and he checked all parts, taking pictures of the ones he believed should be repaired or replaced. For the parts that we agreed to replace, he was able to do that on the spot as he had the necessary parts in his truck. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable and the entire experience was pleasant and expeditious. The cost is reasonable and worth it. I'm sure that we will be very happy with having our HVAC unit maintained every 6 months by Performance Air.

I highly recommend Performance Air in Lemoore! I called on a Monday morning, and the owner, Rigo, came by that same afternoon. He followed up on Tuesday, and by Wednesday at 7 a.m., a crew—Angel, Luis, and Rigo Junior—was at my house. Angel, the lead, was fantastic: he answered all my questions, walked me through the process step-by-step, and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing.
Thanks to their fast work, I had air by that afternoon. Since it was very hot in the attic, we agreed they would come back the next morning to finish a few minor things. They returned with the exact same professionalism. I found them on Google and read their excellent reviews, and I am so glad I chose them. They accommodated me incredibly fast, and I am very satisfied! The price was reasonable as I had a few other quotes.
The reason I didn’t call him first was I have a home warranty, so I had to go through the loops of the home warranty first.
