Everyone on this team was great
This happened a while ago and I just discovered it didn’t post! Our AC wasn’t working Friday night after being gone all day. Called Performance Air that night and they came out Saturday at 9:00! A part had gone out that would have to be ordered and wouldn’t be in until Monday. Knowing we were having triple-digit weather, they ran and brought back a room AC unit and set it up for us. The part was delayed until today and they arrived at 7:00 a.m. to put it in. Everyone on this team was great to work with! Glad to be sitting in a cool house again!
But meanwhile today, we had our winter service done. Waylon did a great job!

I've used Performance Air for 5 years. They've answered the phone every time I've had to call. Rigo made himself available the same day every time if I had a problem during the summer. I met him when my elderly parents' AC shut down in July when it was 105°. I first called all the big-name companies that I knew had been around forever. Only one answered the phone and told me they could come out in 5 days. When I got ahold of Rigo at Performance Air, he told me, "I'm in Porterville, but I'm on my way!" He was at the folks' house in Hanford in 45 minutes and had their AC running 15 minutes later. It ended up being a minor repair, but Performance Air showed up within the hour when none of the others could be bothered to answer the phone!
